About
Based on the Chrysalis model and new paradigms, the Pacific Western Region Youth Ministry Program is offering this comprehensive training for religious professionals and youth volunteers.
Learning will focus on best practices models related to safety, leadership development, spiritual practice, community building, and intercultural competency.
This is a 15 hour training with pre and post work:
- Pre-work includes prior reading and familiarizing with models.
- Post-work includes the evaluation and is a requirement for receiving the certificate.
